“I’m worried about how much I love being single,” she confessed.

“I’m worried I’m going to be like this for the rest of my life.

“You don’t have to answer to anyone, you can do whatever you want.

“You don’t have to discuss what’s for dinner.

“I hated those conversations.”

Asked by a producer if she ever felt lonely, she said not at the moment - but worried she might be when she’s older.

“I’m worried I will wake up in 15 years and go, ‘Oh, I’m alone’,” she said.

“Will it then hit me?”

She then noted that she spent Valentine’s Day getting Botox on her “frown lines”.

Henderson has been married twice.

Her first marriage was to radio DJ “Ugly Phil” O’Neill in the 1990s.

Her second was to British photographer Lee Henderson, with whom she has a 12-year-old daughter, Kitty.

The couple married in 2003 and split in 2018.

The KIIS FM star recently revealed the secret to her 12- kilo weight loss since taking time off from her job.

Henderson took a three-month break in late 2022 after explaining that she had “no energy” and was still recovering from the COVID virus.

Revealing that she had been eating microwavable meals and fast food from local service stations to save time during her lunch break, Henderson admitted she had become “really lazy” when it came to food preparation.

During her time away, the mother-of-one said she got involved in tennis, running on a treadmill and aqua aerobics to stay active.

Henderson said that following the reset she was cooking fresh and healthy meals for work.

She said that during her break she undertook her second Weight Watchers program.

“They are probably thinking, f****** hell, she is the worst ambassador ever,” she said in reference to re-gaining the weight from her first program.

“I did it and then I stopped doing and I did it again.

“Your heart has to be in it.

“My heart was in it in the beginning and then I did lose weight, and then I put it back on.”
