A HISTORY OF

Making history

It’s amazing to think about what stereotypes used to shroud the sport of snowboarding. It was ‘a man’s sport’, ‘an American sport’ and ‘a pastime for rowdy stoners.’ As a young Aussie girl, Torah Bright has shredded every one of those stereotypes and has opened doors that were previously closed for the next generation of aspiring female athletes.

Her competitors have called her “hands-down, one of the most technically gifted riders out there”, and that her performance on the slopes has made her “untouchable.”

Of course, she’ll laugh off any accolades and continue being herself – a soul shredder with relentless work ethic and optimism.

THE ROXY BRIGHT EDITION
