What it does
Multi-Channel Funnels shows which marketing channels customers interacted with during the 30 days before they converted. This means that you can see which channels initiate, assist, and complete conversions. You can also measure Paid Search (all search engines), Organic Search (all search engines), Referral, Affiliate, Social Network, Email, Display, as well as custom-defined channels.
Why you’d use it
If you manage marketing campaigns on different channels, you’ll want to know exactly how they all work together to influence purchase decisions. Rather than analyzing and making budget decisions based only on the last click, you can now see how all the channels made an impact, before the last click.
